New, need some help

I have right now a a7v8x and a amd 2100 xp, overclocked of course. BUT, I want to get a new motherboard and some new ram. I have the ram part down (pc3200 512mb). The thing is, I need this new motherboard to work with my xp 2100, and must have good options for overclocking. I also want this board to be able to handle a xp3000, when and if I decide to upgrade. I have heard good things about the nf-s models, but which one these would you suggest:

I'm using the cheapest of the NF7 series....... see my sig.... this board has more than enough for xp and xpm cpus.....
