Hello, I need some assistance with OC this MB with Intel I3 and Gskill RAM settings.

I have attached pics of Gskill Ram bay info for all 4 mem bays.

is there a guide or some tips on the settings for this Bios -

disabled UEFI because i am using Windows 7 pro OS.

current settings:

What cpu? Im guessing it is Sandybridge based from the motherboard. To that end, check out the guides in the intel section or in my signature (sandy/ivybridge guide). :)

What heatsink?

Really, id set xmp for the sticks, then overclock the cpu. ;)
 
Are there any i3 from that era that are overclockable?
