i just read a pdf file at intel.com yesterday and
i think for CUmines below 900 mhz the max temperature is 80 degrees celsius(176 deg F)

For p3 above 900 it should be 60 degrees celsius.

I'M only quite certain so dont blame me for anything.
i'll give u the website to confirm this when i find it

Intel states 80c but trust me anything over 50c is going to hurt your chip below 40c under a load is best
 
LOL Ofcourse Intel says 80C I bet they can sell ya another chip when you burn yours up!

I wouldnt dream of anything over 50C Even thats pushing the limits to me
