SOLVED Push or Pull for Noiseblockers eloops

I've seen some comments regarding not using these in a Pull configuration like you would with a GT-15, so I'm trying to get some comments from those who are actually using these fans.

Also, what about a push-pull config? I'm starting another build and these would be a nice edition.
