restart when I open up WCPUID

well just what is says. Everytime I try to open up WCPUID, my computer restarts. I have deleted it and redownloaded it and tried again, same thing.............. Anyone had this happen to them or got an idea why............... Or just stumped like me??????????

I ended up having to reinstall my OS to get it to work right. Never did figure out what happened...

Did have it happen to me and just downloaded the newest version and it went away. It was very strange and I think it was related to my going to an XP processor. But dont remember it could of been with windows Xp, but I do remember the downloaded version worked fine.
