I have some stereo speakers that attach to my stereo through the twisting of wires to the back of the stereo. Is there a possible way I can attach these to the computer? Such as a piece of equipment that I essentially good attach the wires to than hook up to the speaker line on my computer?

Not sure if they make them or not... But you should be able to make something that would work OK. If your stereo has any free inputs on the back, you could use a stereo plug to RCA plug converter to change your "headphone" style outs into regular stereo inputs.

Is it a posh stereo? Nicer ones come with a line-in socket, so you can hook soundcard directly to the amp.

Big speakers good.
