I'm think I'm gonna go with arctic silver.

good choice man. Just remeber though, too much can be bad, very bad. A very thin layer, just enough to cever the core is perfect. Happy overclocking! :)
 
If you use too much, it will displace from on top of the core to around the edges, once the HSF base presses down on it. The combination of warmth once you start running and the vibration from the fan will seat it just fine.
