Water pump mounting question?

Can you mount a pump so it lays down flat on it's side? Any problems this would cause?

if its an impeller pump, mount it anyway you like... it might keep air "trapped" a little longer, but it will get out of the pump sooner or later, and then the noise will go away...

Its a Via Aqua 1300

Sure is a impeller pump, most used for aquarium / pc watercooling are.. Mount it anyway you like.
