When PCI-E comes out will asus put out boards such as the P4C800 E Deluxe which Is my favorite Motherboard with the PCI-E slots. I hope so and think it would be unfair for them to hold back P4 Northwood users.

I wnat to get the x800 XT PE in the pci e edition

PCI-E will only work with a supporting chipset. The 875 and 865 chipsets do not support the point-to-point protocol of PCI-E, but rather the bus protocol of regular PCI. So the answer to your question is no. However there will be motherboards that support LGA775 on the 875/865 chipsets.

In fact they're already shown on the ASUS site, I'm not sure if they're readily available yet. However, Dell has PCI-e systems for sale now.
