Id personally go with more PSU, but thats me. 400watt should be enough for your setup, but that 400watts is rated at peak, not 24/7. Corsairs are great PSU's, but PSU is something you dont skimp on, ever. Id go with a 500watt for your setup personally.'

Also, if you can spend a few more dollars, Id go with a WD Black drive over the Seagate, but thats me. Also, spend $5 more and get this ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227346 Its CAS7 compared to CAS9 but its also 1066, so you decide. OR spend a bit more and pickup some 1333 Platinum @ CAS7 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227478

Sorry I don't know much about RAM. The CAS7 is faster? What's the difference between 1066 and 1333? I don't know what these numbers mean, but I'm willing to learn
