CPU heatsink mounting is plastic, and broken. Replacement copper CPU heatsink mounts with through screws, but it is a little too large to fit right.

Solution? Cut 3/16" off with a bandsaw!
 
Where's the rest of it? Already mounted? ;)

Yeah. I'm not really supposed to do computer stuff until work picks up some more, but I finished up early yesterday, and had about 20 minutes to do computer stuff. So I tried it, and had about 10 minutes to go when I realized I was going to need to use the saw.

Anyway, I didn't have the camera at work, so I took home the sawed off piece. :D

Real copper heat sink too, not just plated.
