unlocking a palmino with gold paint

would using gold paint be good enogh for unlocking a palmino 1800XP. Gold paint uses real gold in it i've seen.. would it work?

I imagine so - gold is still a very good electrical conductor.

Do a simple test on something else to check its conductivity - assuming you have a multimeter to test it that is. Not all gold paint will have gold in it.

I have three multimeters.... :| I'll get some and try it out before I buy a new mobile chip..
