I picked up this little cutie from Micro center for $40. 1/2 off. I'm thinking about OCING the hell out of it and making it my daily driver. And using my 1090T form 3D benching. We'll just have to see what she can do.

Joking, I'm now playing with the X99 build. Will probably look at AMD after Christmas...

I considered X99, but I didn't have that kind of money to toss around after recently purchasing two recliners and the TV that I posted earlier in here...
Not like I need it anyway, it would be just for benching.

Been a while since I posted!

Swapped my 2x L5520s for 2x L5639s... and picked up a Dell C2100 server with 2x X5660s, 48GB RAM, and 12x 600GB SAS drives.

Finally upgraded from my MX

And bought these on Amazon since they were on sale... pretty decent considering the price. No HDMI/DP input or height adjustment, that's why the books are underneath

I hate when my mouse hits my keyboard as I get killed because of it even though I have more than enough estate to move around to. lol

Got my extensions from frozencpu, unfortunately one of the wires in the 24 pin was pulled out of the pin &#55357;&#56873; so I'll have to wait on a new one.

Update on my 24pin cable... emailed Frozencpu CS, with a picture of the faulty cable and they sent a new one out today. No drama, no questions asked. Feels really good to have a great experience with customer service.

I finally bought a case for my spare pRts that I had lying around. I'm running Ubuntu 14.04lts on it for steam games. It's not half bad setup once I got everything installed correctly (completely new to Linux distos)
