how do i take the fan off the gold orb to put on the blue orb?

someone told me i could do that but i cant figure out how the fan is supposed to come off the gold orb..

why? the gold orb is probably better than the blue orb anyway....

Is the orb on a video card or a chipset? If its on a video card there should be little things on the back of the card you need to squeeze together and then the heatsink will pop off.

no the blue orb is the chipset/vid card cooler. the gold orb is a socket 370 heatsink wit a bigger fan (5cfm)
i was told u can take that fan off and put it on the blue orb.

call me blind but i cannot see how to remove the fan from the gorb..

besides we never stop learning right?

and i got into computers a few months b4 i joined
(read here a bit first) so i havent been on the scene all that long

besides the link u gave me is just a review of the superorb.. nothing to do with goldorb :|

wasnt tryin to shoot at IMOG and his cool so were cool

this goldorb i have has no screws... its just a fan in the heatsink.. no clue how its stuck.. i took the sticker off its plastic under there so no pin to take out to remove the thing.. im clueless

well at least my goldenorb had three screwholes where the fan was attached..

don't know if you have some different model though..
