Here is a possibility, which I think right now has a pretty good chance. First link is to a Winbond list, next link is to a some ram on that list being sold by ZipZoomFly and the last link is to a thread at Extreme discussing this ram. The last one will give you a idea of what kind of gamble you are taking. I purchased some and received ram with the identical markings on the heat spreader as the ram pictured on page #4, post #5 of the Extreme thread. I HAVE NOT REMOVED MY HEAT SPREADERS OR HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO TEST MY RAM. I hi-lited that because I don't want to mislead anyone. If you buy this stuff, there is a certain amount of gamble, but my personal opinion is that your chances, right now, are pretty good at getting ram with BH-5 chips.
Update on price. It was $215 a gig (in 2 x 512)when I ordered a week ago, went up to $220 the next day and was at that price Thursday morning. It is now at $230. I believe that the demand is picking up. If you want it, or think you want it, time is money.
I got BH5 for $194 with KHX3000 off of Kingston's site last week. The KHX3000 is still one of the safer bets if you want BH5.
I hope the hysteria around them dies before the supply does, even though we know it won't. Before you know it we'll be shelling out a grand for 256 megs...
Try a search, it's practically the only thing discussed in the Memory section
They're memory chips produced by winbond that are capable of hitting high speeds (240+fsb) on very low timings (2-2-2-5). The bh-5's are no longer in production. You'll be lucky to find them new anywhere. You could try ebay but be prepared to pay a lot (a LOT) of money.
