Going to say it is. I am not a mod and do not have a say in this but from how I take it this is copy-righted material and unless you have gotten permission to host it for the public then you are most likly breaking some copy right act. As I said though I am not a mod, and I am not law expert so probably best to just PM a mod.

I read the article on some other forum. It said 93%. It was a good read though. I'm probably going to buy this game on Tuesday if I can get it at my local Fry's before I go to work. They advertised it in the paper today for $38.

As long as you directly state that the scan is not yours, and you state where it is from, and that you do not make money off of it, you are not breaking any law.
