Assign a drive letter to a folder

Does anyone know how to assign a drive letter to a windows folder. I am trying to rebuild a that is set up this way.

So for instance you have a 72 GB HD with one C partition that utilizes all of the available space.

You have two folders that you need to make the H and the N drives because an application was written poorly by some idiot 10 years ago hardcoded links to the H and N drives.

So N:\ is really C:\userapplications\somefolder and N is C:\userapplications\data

When you open up my computer it should show three drives and all of the drives should report the same space usuage.

Share the folder then network map the drive? I've done that.
