CPU Cooler= Mass Cool N520

Thats not a mod.... that's just an after market cooler.

That seems a bit warm no? I was running a Katana cooler which is just a 92mm fan and I never saw 50c under load at 3.9... I can't imagine my H60 is much better than that cooler and I dont see anything above 47c right now @3.9. What kind of case are you using? Also, that's a lot a Thermal paste you got on there. May want to try applying it again. May get a littler lower of a temp.

Running too hot for my liking. These Denebs start losing stability when they reach the mid 50's overclocked.

Did you try raising the CPU multi to 20 rather than raising the FSB to 235?

Probably wouldn't need to up the voltage on the cpu-nb if doing it that way, and might get lower temps overall. Might not even need as much voltage for the CPU.

As far as I know the Biostar TA870UE+ MB only allows FSB overclocking, Also as far as I know the results are the same as far as increasing the CPU speed.

1.65vCore is WAY TOO HIGH on air, and even on water. You might (certainly) burn your mobo.
1.55 is the very max on a MoBo with good heatsinks.

up to 3.95 GHz, mine can run@65°C stable but beyond, it BSOD's as soon as it reaches 52°C (4GHz Deneb heatwall).

I got mine upto 4.3ghz but required water (H100)

You need 1.55v max for 4GHz.

You will kill either the mobo or the cpu 100% with 1.65v (unless you use a 24/7 phase change...)

My temps run to a high of 64 deg C while in stress tests.
