Conversion to F@H 3

What files should I delete in 2? Should I just delete all of 2? Help would be great because I will be swiching in about an hour.

All i did was wait intil i finish a protien, then delete all the files.

I'll do that. My ProtienA will be fineshed in an hour.

all vijay recommends is finishing your currnt WU and then delete you present core and then install 3. either way you shouldn't see any conflicts.

That pretty much sums it up too. Most of the files are compatible. If you were having connection problems you could delete the client.cfg and reconfigure it to take advantage of the newer set of connection options, otherwise you're fine just deleting the core and maybe the old client(but it can just sit there and it won't hurt anything)
