No sense in building a nice computer and having the part giving it all power being inferior

For the RAM, I would get this:

Better timings, better company.

Past that, everything looks good.
Either the Intel or AMD setups will serve you well, even in overclocking.

I would consider a different case that comes with more fans unless you plan on buying some.
