ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 due to the fact that that board has no cooling on the VRM circuit that supplies cpu voltage, it is best to only take small steps in any overclock and that tutorial should show the way to overclock and allow small steps and watch the two cpu temps that Free HWMonitor from CPUID com shows.

I would not waste your time trying to oveclock that power hungry CPU on that wimpy motherboard. By a Crosshair or a Sabertooth and then come back.
