I wouldn't use Windex on an LCD panel or eyeglasses, as it contains ammonia that can break down the plastics and/or special coatings. Ditto on a regular computer monitor, if it has anti-glare coatings.
The best thing to use (assuming this ArctiClear isn't out yet) is a mild soap and soft washcloth. I just get a clean washcloth completely wet with warm water, add a single drop of hand dishsoap, rub it into the washcloth, rinse it a tad bit and wring it out so it's just damp. Then use that on your screen, and maybe (if necessary, but I doubt it) rinse the cloth and squeeze it damp again to rinse any suds off the monitor. Effective and safe. -- Paul
