Asrock DUAL SATA2 + SSD?

Anyone using the Asrock DUAL SATA2 with SSD´s attached to the SATA or SATAII ports?
Is worth it?

Depending on the SSD it would be if your looking for a performance jump for load times. What are you planning to do with it? Use it as a OS drive?

A 60gb Vertex and/or 80gb X-25M for example... Do they work in the Dual SATA2?
Yes, I´d be for OS and Apps.
