ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Professional questions

Alright so I'm starting my next build and i'm debating on mobo. Do I get the ASRock or the Asus V? Both have ups and downs, but the ASRock is getting better reviews. Countin' hours, possibly days, and lets pray not years for the Bulldozer.
