ASUS P5KC - multimetr voltage meansure

Hi, can anyone tell me how to meansure voltage on this mobo?
I know where to meansure the vcore.. but what with the rest?
I mean that voltages that i can set up in BIOS:
- NB
- PLL
- DRAM
- FSB Termination Voltage

You can't use either PC Probe ll or Ai Suite to read the current voltages?
