Asus P5Q Deluxe BIOS question

America Megatrends 506 bios

I have a p5q Deluxe mb, but with 506 5/25/08 version bios.

Went to update and the Asus .tw site has some 206 05/05/08 version.

But everyone is talking 120x version bios...what gives?

BTW, version 1306 is the newest version but it was a bit flakey on my rig. Some others have had good results with it

I have the 1201, which I am happy with. But I have to admit, if everything is working the way you expect, that means you don't need to update every time a new BIOS comes out. Occasionally there are updates that are worth the shot, but surely not all.
