Any errors are bad in memtest. Do you have more information on what is happening or what you are trying to do? It is hard to help when we don't have a lot of information to go on.
Specifically:
Are you trying to overclock or is this at stock settings?
What system is this on? It doesn't match your signature.
Well, even getting net framework 4 updates though windows update. processes will stop responding then it will bsod. Other times I wont be doing anything or have anything open it will just reboot saying windows has recovered from a serious error. Mostly memory management. By the way. my signature is way out of date. This is an ivy bridge system.
That didn't answer either of those questions. What hardware do you have? Are you running stock? Have you set RAM timings in the BIOS manually (and if you have, to what)?
