I am not interested in a SSD but if anybody has any reccomendations for me id appreciate it.
and of course it wont be an i5 3570k but it will be the next haswell CPU i5 version
this is pretty much near max budget

just as a heads up that's not a haswell cpu
its a ivy bridge
I would wait for haswell to come out then new socket (which means new mobo)
and faster CPU
but as I see you already know this
the PSU is waaay too much money for that build
get a corsair 600w (or even a 500w) PSU can spend it to another part

also don't SLI get a higher end 1 card such as a 7970 or 680 (as 780 seem too pricey)
and I cant go over a build without saying this
Get a SSD!!!!!!
SSD IS the best upgrade you can ever do!
windows loads in a heart beat and its just wow
and I think I must buy part for a new build
also whats your buget?
