FX-8350 Freezes at 100% load

My AMD FX-8350 freezes when he's like 30 seconds on 100% load.
It's realy anoying because i can't render using sony vegas pro and other programs.
And if it freezes i need to restart my pc.

PC specs:
AMD FX-8350 @ 4.00 Ghz
Gigabyte GTX 660 SLI
8GB DDR3 RAM
1000 Watt Power supply
GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3

So is your system at stock or have you made any changes in the bios. Is your UD3 a rev 3 or 4 or?? Also what brand and speed is your ram

Corsair VengeanceLP is ram
No changes in Bios
And i typed wrong motherboard, i corrected it

See this link. It applies to your board as well as the UD7/UD5 and UD3 boards. About 15 lines down it says where the Revision of the mobo is located when following the LINK in this link I am giving now.
