Hard Drive cloning software

So, I'm looking for a recommendation on software for cloning my network hard drive to my win7 computer.

What i would like to do is when my PC boots up for the hard drive on the network to clone itself with whatever new/deleted files are on it and make those changes to my desktop pc.

The "network drive" is a external WD 750gb that is connected to a old dell pc and shared on the network.

*If the software emails me that would be a plus*

To clarify, are you cloning the drive, as in making a backup of an operating system, or are you syncing file trees? If you are looking for the latter, you could use DeltaCopy if you are on Windows and add an entry in Scheduled Tasks so it runs at startup.

Norton and Acronis are most widely used (Acronis is free for WD hard drive owners through Western Digital web site).
