The fan is different on the EVO, more Cfm and the heatpipes that touch the Cpu are designed a bit differently. It's not a huge difference in temps, the Evo is about 2-3 c better.

even the 212 plus is a lot better than what i have, right??? by how much u think i n degree?

ok 3 questions:

1) SO now i am deciding between the cooler master 212 plus (not evo still somwonw say evo ans plus is onlyh 2 or 3C differences, and the 212 plus is on sale on newegg for $20 comppared to $35 for evo), or should i get cheap hydro cooling?

i saw these 5 cheap water cooling ones for ~40 on newegg, i am on a limited budget can spend no more than $50

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181043 - $35
CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CW-9060007-WW/RF) Water Cooler Manufactured Recertified - 2000 RPM +/- 10% max. 54 CFM

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181057 - $45
CORSAIR Hydro Series H80i CW-9060008-WW/RF Water Cooler - 2700 RPM (+/- 10%) 77 CFM

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118134 - $40
ZALMAN LQ-310 Water/Liquid CPU Cooler 120MM - 90 - 2000 RPM +/-10%

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835209078 - $35
Antec KUHLER H2O 650 Water/Liquid CPU Cooler 120MM

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103195 - $30
Cooler Master Seidon 120V – Compact All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan - 600~2400 RPM (PWM) +/- 10% 19.17 ~ 86.15 CFM +/- 10%

would any of these outperform the 212 by much since they are budget cheap hydro cooling? if not i'll just get the 212 plus. or other suggestion?

2) also,i was thinking about getting a mini tower case that is good enough for airflow instead of my current mid tower case, been doing some research, but nothing mini c ame up so far seem to be able to hold my video card of 280mm" length and the 212 CPU cooler of 158.5mm height (if i get 212 instead of water cooling), and my regular size ATX mmb . do such mini tower existst? any suggestioins would be much appreciated. my current tower is 17" x 7.9" x 17.3"(HxWxD) so i was looking for something less tall and wide, lol. i ave this as tower , or no mini tower can do what i need, only mid tower can, and i should stick with mine? mine is about 8 years too, i plan to buy a new case soon, any recommendation? this is what i ahve:

3) also , i just got the PowerColor TurboDuo AXR9 280 3GBD5-T2DHE/OC , games run smoother now! now, should i get a SSD to repalce my main HD and some games? HOW MUCH differences would it make in terms of gaming such as skyrim and developing /programminig in VS using SSD vs SATA HD? what about ramdisk? is ramdisk better choice than SSD? or go with SSD?

If you go with water cooling make sure you have room for the radiator. Just because you may have a 120mm fan hole at the top or back of the case does not mean there is room for a radiator that uses a 120mm fan. The radiators on thhe 120mm fan water coolers are bigger than the fan itself as the tank on the radiator adds to the basic fan dimension. That Corsair H80i for $45 would be a good way to go but the radiator is extra thick so make sure you measure headroom in the case.
