I bought the SVC 1700 0319 chip...

Running Prime 95 stable at 11.5 x 217 (2497mhz). @ 1.85 Vcore, 40C idle, 49C full load.

LOVE this chip...

how long have you been stable on P95? can't get past 2nd test at 2400+ on my ASUS...i'm thinking PSU...13+ hrs at 2315 on P95...

i can't get my 1700 DUT much higher than 2.2ghz... right now i'm running it at 2150 (250 x 10) @ 1.8v......

right now its at 1.85ghz maxed cause my mobo wont increase fsb more or mult...getting nf7soon

dut3c @2002mhz (11x183) 1.7vcore...windbond shows it running 1.66v though. 42idle/50-52load. prime95 for 12hrs no errors. also this chip doesnt like 12x multipliers, it gets errors in prime 95. back to 11x it runs fine.

have not tried to push it any higher due to crappy cooling.

Testing a 1700+ week 0312 DLT3C

2320 mhz at 1.78 volts for 24 hrs prime stable
2350 mhz at 1.82 volts still testing....

200x10 = 2000MHz, stock voltage.

35-40°C idle (depending on ambient and case temp).
44°-47°C load (absolute max temp ever reached ever with all variables).

Else is listed in sig. One from XCaliberPC.com.

for now... will try some more things to go for 2.5 (my ultimate goal)

2.16 for now

Athlon XP 1700+ JIUHB 0319 (the ones from SVC)
Running at a constant 2.16 for everyday use. 180 fsb and a 12.0x Multiplier.
Stock vcore (reads approx. in the Asus Probe at like 1.535). This is done on air with a Thermalright AX-7 and a 80 mm crystal fan (built by galaxy i believe)also from SVC back in the day.
I know it will do more than this easily, this was just a happy place to stop at due to everyone else at the LAN wanting to play some serious Battlefield: Desert Combat :p
Hopefully by this weekend I'll find the time to up the fsb a little bit more and see what happens.

XP 1700+ JIUHB 0310WPMW
2250 MHz (166x13.5) and stable at 1.60 vcore
temps at about 42°C at idle (it's 80°F in the room, summer)

Haven't done much above, happy with this for now.

ACK!! what am I doing wrong? My 1700 just sucks. I can't get the darn thing to run at the 166 bus stably. It just up and quits the benchmarks and crashes back to windows. I haven't had any booting probmlems and the only windows crash I have had is when I upped the core to 1.7V. It is one of the 1.5V stock cores.

Someone please help me out cause I am about to scrap this lousy non-performing thing and get something different. I can only get it to work at 133x12.5. Lousy 200mhz overclock...

I don't know what is wrong. I have a Thermaltake Volcano 11 h/s, and the rest of the stuff you can read in my sig. What should I do??

when and where did you get your xp1700? what did the label on ur xp1700 read out to?? interested to know if its JIUHB 03xx wxmp or something like that... then we'll go from there.

Posidon42, if you have a good 1700+ (DLT) and you are having problems, first thing I would check is your PSU. If you have a good PSU, you may want to play with the dimm voltage. I coulndt get my chip stable at any speed (including stock) till I bumped mine up, after its a rock at 2400Mhz.

1700+ O/C so far

SVC 1700+ DLT3C 0319

2436 on air (1.775V) in nf-7S v 2 board. SLK-800(a) & tt2 smartfan.

PC Power Cooling 510W ATX-PFC supply

Sauria, thats almost the exact setup i have.

SVC 1700+ DLT3C 0319 - 11 x 225fsb

Stable @ 2475mhz 1.775v @ 45-48c load. The chip runs fine @ 2530mhz 1.85v but temps are too high for my preference @ 52-55c load. Gonna try to increase case airflow B4 i up the mhz again. Temps are measured with Abits Hardware monitor, think i need to buy a probe.

Nf7-S v2 - SLK800a - tt smartfan2 -

DLT3C JUIHB 0310 XPMW
Highest stable OC was 205 * 12.5 = 2562 @ 1.9 vcore
I'm running 200 * 12.5 @ 1.875 because of summer heat
