My father told me Art Bell retired again, but that he may come back for special guest appearances or something similar. Given that, all he would have to do is mention SETI on the radio and would probably have hundreds of volunteers. lol

The Team Art Bell won't be going away anytime soon, but since it won't have as much draw, new people won't be going to it and people currently on the team may leave for other teams. Seti won't loose those people.
