Kingston ValueRam 1GB PC4200 DDR2

Anybody has any experience with this RAM? I just got 1GB stick and would need to buy the second stick next week (they didn't have one in stock right now). It's assembled in China and the chips are Nanya ones. Serial number says 9905230-002.B00LF. I'm going to run it with an Asus P5LD2 Deluxe and P4 640 3.2GHz.

Any input would be welcome, I've been out of the loop for quite some time.

i have a few mates with the same memory, and it seems to run fine on stock, but they have had to use deviders to overclock.
