Hey guys. New to messing with computer hardware and I have a probably really dump question. I have a Dell 531s with a RY206 motherboard. I had a single core in it and I just upgraded it to the AMD Anthlon X64 5600+. I also upgraded from Vista to windows 7.

I had 32-bit on Vista and upgraded to 7 32-bit first. Then i just added the new CPU. I'm pretty all I need to do now is do another clean install to go from 32-bit to 64-bit but I would like to know if my motherboard can handle more RAM. I can't find that spec anywhere. Anyone know if it will take more than 4GB?

Tanks!

It looks to have 4 slots, so it'll at least handle 8GB... it'd probably even be fine with 16GB, but I don't think your wallet would cope too well with the absurd price of 4GB DDR2 modules.
