Ols trusty 430 followed me for years, Power Supply used for testing gear without plugging into motherboard (short green + ground wire, do this at your own risk)...

(updated) cleaned up the system a bit, sleeved some cables and more pics !!!!

* Sleeved some cables, I couldn't find any smaller cm sleeves in large quantity so I had to use 1 sleeve for 2x wires, it's better looking then the stock sleeving, but it could be better, oh well, one more thing on my "todo list"...
* Gutted the stock Omni ALC fans tho as good as they were, it was boring and turned them into 12cm fan shrouds.
* Replaced Omni ALC fans with Cooler Master XtraFlo, they are sexy
* The PCIE power cables are ugly as hell, its mainly because of that big "2200uF capacitors", I wonder if that's even really needed and if I can remove them... This is based off Silverstone's site.

To reduce electrical whine/buzz associated with high performance graphics card’s dynamic loading changes, 2200uF capacitors are attached to PCI-E connectors.
This design also helps to maintain better voltage stability and improve ripple & noise performance.

Well after almost 2 months, this is the result.. I am thinking it's 90% complete right now, still have a few mods to do and the parallel added to the loop, then on with the temperature test, etc.. Hope you enjoy the pics, a whole boat load of them... Some of these pictures are from a old batch, I just wanted to throw it in there to give you a better picture of "The evolution of Reference Stock Cooling, to Closed Loop Package, to Custom Loop"....

well be sure to post pictures, and ask questions if needed, but i have a question of my own, where did you get that yellow and purple sleeving? i love it!

Hello, I got it from this guy HERE.. He's located in HK but he does ship overseas and accepts paypal as far as I know, you can drop him a line if interested...

Expandable Sleeving 10 Orange&Blue(M),For HDD/SATA/ATX12V/FLOPP

It says blue, but I swear, it looks purple to me...

totally cool color scheme nice setup......But dare i ask whats up with that desk?

That desk been with me for like 7 years now, back when I only had 1 monitor, then stayed with me during my dual monitor setup, now it's just too small, looking to replace it... I am thinking of using 2 double filing cabinets and get a nice long peice of wood done from my local wood shop.. Ghetto I know, but where I am living at now (HK), space is a luxury... :santa:

frank i see what your saying. A friend of mine uses two nightstands and a primed door. Ghetto fabulous just the right height and enough space for his 26in lg

Wow, lots of pics for a ....

HAMSTER

Honestly, I cull my many pics before and post the best ones.

Pity the poor slow connection pics....................

assuming you mean "poor slow connection ppls"... :chair:

I have downsized them and is now half the size in KB, should help.. I'll use larger pics for details, don't really need details on these at the moment...

Might be getting ahead of myself here, since I just got a reply from my supplier and it'll take them 1-6 weeks to order my radiator and water blocks, so I went ahead and put my 2nd loop idea on paper, let me know what you think?

Will the dual bay reservoir be enough? I am putting 2x 655 pumps in there, one for each bay, or should I just go with 2 res? Those RP-452x2 is kinda expensive...

In the meantime, I'm still working on cleaning up the cabling, sleeves, final touches on rerouting, etc.. and redid my lighting theme as the old effect was not what I wanted, pics to come soon...

watercool_2.jpg

Ahh yea, thought it was that one. Thought you meant you needed two of those expensive reses. I hear they are a pain to bleed, but once bled it's all good.

Thanks for the pic resizing, you can set it up so if detail is needed just a click will open it full size. Something on the post bar has that function.
