Need advice on overclocking phenom II 950 2x be

My problem is that I would have been trying to overclock my computer.
Specs:
MSI K9A2 Platinum v1
AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition Callisto
4 10k Fujitsu SAS 73gig hard drives raid 0
Highpoint rocket raid 2604x4 SAS controller
4gigs of 2x2 Patriot Viper 1066
Evga-GeForce 9600GSO 384MB
Corsair tx 650watt power supply
ZALMAN CNPS9900LED cooler
Vista 64 Ultimate

I had it up to 4000mhz but hit the big blue wall.

Spread spectrum {disabled}:-/

I welcome and complaints or comments on how i can at least get to 4000mhz
 
I'd start to turn your processor into an AMD Phenom II X4 B50. You can find tutorials on the internet by using Google :)
