Thank you all, iv learnt a little bit and iv read threw that guide, iv now found a 3.9ghz stable run at the moment on the stock cooler, i feel i could push past 4 easily as the temps dont seem to rise above 60c so far, i increased the vrin voltage to 1.85 over 1.8 and it stablized. Vcore is still 1.25 and i even oced my ram from 1333 to 1600 which i know is nothing. But hey im new to this, i just wanted to thank you guys

I'm surprised the vrin did anything. I don't touch that until nearly 5ghz...
