My opinion: It's best to forget DFI this time around. They have been slow with BIOS development and have had some hardware issues. And unless you're going to spend for a high-end ASUS board I'd leave them out as well. Their 790FX boards have been the best but the others have only been so-so. Gigabyte seems to have jumped into the K10 scene with both feet and they're doing a very good job so far - not only making great boards for a good price but supporting them afterwords ...
 
DFI is Ok but they cut cost by realeasing boards with super poor PWM's, if budget is an issue i would stay away from that board and look either for lower end chip sets like 790x or GX or higher end manufactures .
