Hello dear overclockers friends,:)
First of all I am new to this, never done overklocking in my life, so be patient with me. I am sure there are others like me and need help too.

My PC configuration is:

Motherboard: ASUS P7P55P LX
Full specifications here:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1156/P7P55_LX/#specifications

Processor: Intel Core i3 550 3.2GHz
Full specifications here: http://ark.intel.com/products/48505

RAM: Kingston 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM (Kit of 2) XMP HyperX Blu
Full specifications here: http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/con...&LinkBack=&ktcpartno=KHX1600C9D3B1K2/4GX&id=8

Video Card: Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 5450 GV-R545D3-1GI
Full specifications here: http://www.gigabyte.eu/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3938#sp

So basically I want to overclock my system to be able to use all RAM memory frequency of 1600MHz, currently using only 1333 MHz but I don't got a clue how to do this so I need your help. I need an easy step by step guide so I could understand and do it myself.

I spend hours looking for this on many websites and I know I'm not the only one trying to deal this. :bang head Hope I will finally get help. Thank you so much. :)

Improving RAM speed will net you a small performance increase, but you may not really even notice it. Might look into overclocking your processor if you've got decent cooling ability, i.e., a good aftermarket heatsink.

As for the RAM, setting RAM speed and timings will be in the BIOS. You can play with the settings in there. Probably by pressing either delete or F4 when POSTing (initial boot-up).

Moved to Intel CPU section for you. You'll get better visibility here.
