Old Computer Refurb

So I have this old computer I am having problems with. It would start up be okay for a while, then shut off. That was a while ago. Now the only activity it shows is the fans will spin only while the power button is held down. On the motherboard I see one capacitor is bulged but thats about it. It has an athlon 64 x2 5600+ powering everything. I believe this to be a motherboard problem. What do you guys think?

If you want to tinker and attempt to fix it, replace the bulging cap, http://www.badcaps.net/. Otherwise, get a used AM2 board.
