Pick Up Where I left Off Win Apr 2018. Where is the setting to disable???

As the title says how the heck do i turn ths annoying feature off in the Apr 2018 update? I cannot find the setting anywhere and worse I cant stand the idea of my PC booting up to anything but a clean fresh desktop. Any help would be appreciated

Sadly it seems I had soomething corrupt relating to Cortana. (I had her mopre orr less removed.) Allowing her back in the pool allowed me to find and change that setting. Seems Ill never be alone at my PC again. lol THX for the help ED. Call this one solved.
