Problem with Asus P8Z68-V LX

Remove the board from the case and assemble it on your desk w/ only the bare essentials connected, meaning no HDDs, ODDs, PCI / PCIe cards, etc. Besides the CPU, HSF, RAM, and PSU connections, install the videocard, connect the monitor, keyboard, and the mouse. If the board still won't power on, try a different PSU plugged directly into the wall (not plugged into a power strip or UPS).
 
Already done that still no luck, 1 of the reasons why I think the BIOS needs updating
 
Just thought you guys would like to know, a tech guy looked at my motherboard and has said its dead
 
My mobo has a memok button I haven't had any problems yet but when I got the mobo I was a new builder and did't know about memok buttons :)
