What does it mean when the CHV FZ chimes at you????
I know I"m not crazy, no sound but fan's and A/C during a OC run. All of a sudden I hear this chime, I was pushing the proc hard. After about 20-25 sec Windows BSOD

This thread is certainly quiet these days....
ive been trying to improve my gpupi score with no success so far. I found that opencl 1.2 adds about 14 sec to my score. I got opencl 1.2 from the catalyst drivers 12.10. I also tried opencl 1.1 and that was even worse. Also found that ram timings doesnt do much but cache core helps a bit. Tried both win 7 and 8.1 and get similar results. Also tried ram disk (130mb) and scores are about the same. There must be a nice tweak hiding somewhere...

Yeah GPUpi we have found to be pretty challenging to make any serious gains .
I'm getting started, think I have all my OS done for tomorrow and will throw the 1090 on the bench later. Should be able to squeeze some runs in before Wednesday

So batch size of 1M ...... internet is running real slow here today with this cloud and rain ....... just what I don't like about satellite DSL.

Thanks! I just found an old copy of V2.1 I had stored on an older hard drive.
Did not see any difference between 2.1 and 2.1.1.
I'm out of ideas and time so I guess I won't be updating my previous results.
I also tried an 5930k and 4790k and couldn't improve my scores (at least on wprime and gpupi).
Can't wait to see next months competition.
