up voltage with software?

ok my bios only has the ability to change my cpu clock its locked at 20x(100-133) and i cant get my cpu over 2.5 with vcore and i need to up the voltage is there any programs i can use to do this? because i dont wanna mess my with mobo to change the voltage... im too darn clumsy and dont have the money to buy new mobo/cpu
