Except I think that I would get a Radeon 8500 instead.

No Soyo. Period. Think Epox, ECS, or Asus.

No Enlight 7237--unless you WANT to drill holes in it to mount fans for cooling. Stock fan mount points woefully inadequate for an Athlon system.

Personally, I'd get a Sparkle, Fortron Source or PC Power&Cooling PS.

The rest of your hardware choices look A-OK!
