Come closer my brother, and let me tell you a story...

A tale of an age gone by when true men, and women of the way of the core raised their clocks against the tyranny, and oppression of disease. These brave, selfless souls committed themselves to a battle against the Disease Horde: Huntingtons, Parkinsons, and the Legion of Cancers. They made this pledge with the understanding that the battle may truly never end, but without pause, they thrust themselves headlong into the fold!
Late into the night the warriors tempered their weapons, overvolting the cores of their war machines, pushing them to their physical limits,
all in a desperate effort to gain an advantage over the rapidly evolving Disease Horde. The machines gave us the means to fight back, and as one were are more powerful than we ever were individually. Using the distributed folding@home tactic, we found that we were able to fold more proteins, thus contributing to the war effort against disease. 
But why, you ask?
Why give up games, and web surfing to push against what seems an unstoppable force? 
The answer is simple, my friend... love. Our stories are different, but the reason for being here is the same... to protect and save the ones we love from disease. Disease has needlessly taken countless lives, and threatens yet more every day. And perhaps we are fools to fight against the nature of the universe, but our resolve, forged in love, and tempered in the fires of our passion, has soldered our immovable wills 
to the die which serve as the vehicles for our vendetta.
All the great dojos of overclocking
have pledged their cycles to the war, clan OCF among them. Although we are governed separately, and maintain fierce competitions 
to test our skill and prowess, the overclocking clans have convened at the Council of Stanford, and it was decided that we would cooperate in the war against our common enemy. 
In attempts to spur the battle and promote the war effort, the council announced an annual challenge to determine the greatest warriors of the fold. And so, it is nigh upon us yet again:
THE CHIMP CHALLENGE!!!1!
Clan OCF calls all warriors to the fold! Fight for your friends, family, loved ones, and those who have already fallen! Come and join us in the annual chimp challenge. You too can join the fight against disease. To enlist in the army, you should first learn the Way of the Fold. Once you are ready to join the battle, head over to the Main Camp for your orders.
