I just bought a magazine name PCPLUS. it introduces a desktop PC with 4Ghz with

there is a UK company call real machines. they have a destop pc which model is RX1. they set the cpu (LGA 775 3.6) to 4 Ghz. They use Vapochill to cool the CPU....
4Ghz doesn't surprise me. I read the article. it said: the pentium 4 560 has whopping 115W thermal design power and a theoretical maximum power draw of theoretical maximum power draw of nearly 166w..
WOW 166W.. .. it that true? watercooling will become useless in that case..

That theoretical max is under the most extreme circumstances where the entire cpu is being used under a prolonged period.

As you can tell most Pressies are coming very close to 4ghz with good air cooling and passing 4ghz with water cooling. So I highly doubt that anything can load a Prescott up more than dual primes or Prime and Sandra burn in.
