I thought maybe this deserved it's own thread. I just got a 660 Costa Rica and this seems to be a gem of a CPU. Does 4230 at default voltage, stable I just bumped it up to 4430 with 1.4125V. This may do 4.5 stable.

Task one, complete! Seems no end to the clocks on this puppy! Same voltage here as before.

5Ghz, probably not with water, maybe with chilled. I dunno we'll see. Nice clocks, but I want to see 266FSB.

Can you run 14x with the DFI?

I told you you should have gotten a 660 to begin with.

I need somehting faster too.

Yes I can but we all know how well the DFI likes dividers

Trying to get 266 FSB to post, it will get into windows but then reboot... my mobo perhaps? Same crap as the 640 over 262 FSB or so.

Id say so.

Mine refuses to run stable over 255.

Did you try 1.8v vAGP?

If not, pick up an AS8. They are much much faster MBs.

Yeah if you do all the mods for me, I cant be bothered...

Well, 4730 is stable thus far... how much more do i NEED? LOL! I will likely run at a nice cool 4.5Ghz with 1.42V, this 4730Mhz is taking 1.53. Now to feed it 1.575 and go for 266FSB.
