a little info about my ram

I have a 512mb pc3200XMS CL2 ver2.2

I have my ram at stock settings. I dont know how to OC my ram and when I try things start to flip out on me. anyhow is this stick a good one. should I get another to run dual chanel?

Running dual channel will give you a performance boost. And what type of weird things are you getting? It should be rather easy with your motherboard. Up the ram a few mhz at a time.

when I mess with the ram setting I get no boots,reboots,lock ups so on. but I realy dont know what setting to mess with. I have the uber 1007 bios.
